**About the job**

We seek a casual administrative assistant to join our dedicated team on Saturday at our Cranbourne campus. This role includes a variety of responsibilities in both customer service and ensuring the smooth and reliable completion of our reception and administration processes. This is an entry-level position with many opportunities for growth within different sectors of the company. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of office and sales administration-related tasks and will be able to work independently and autonomously. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your ability to multi-task and pivot quickly is the key to success

**About you**

If you have a flair for developing processes to deliver results and always do this through the eyes of the customer, then we want to hear from you. You’ll come to us with the willingness to learn a range of operations across administration and customer service with some knowledge of social media and digital marketing. You have a track record of achieving goals and show remarkable initiative and persistence when faced with inevitable obstacles and setbacks. You take a deliberate and planned approach to what you do, breaking down organisational goals into actions, establishing clear responsibilities, and monitoring results. Most importantly, you believe in the value of growing your team. You look for ways to develop talent, provide regular coaching and feedback, and encourage stretch opportunities. This is a career-making role where you'll be challenged daily to make a difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll be working directly with the founder to improve operations, have the opportunity to hone your leadership skills and build pathways in other areas of the organisation.

To be considered, you must:

- have completed Year 12 with a high ATAR score;
- be passionate about learning and teaching;
- be a strong communicator, both verbally and via writing;
- be punctual, reliable and consistent;
- be extremely well organised;
- be able to follow systems and procedures;
- have leadership potential;
- be able to work well in a team;
- demonstrate an ability to work unsupervised; and
- demonstrate the ability to influence others to work towards common goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: $20.33 - $56.30 per hour
