Blue Mountains Grammar School (BMGS) is a co-educational Christian School in the Anglican tradition for students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging Japanese language instruction, fostering a love for the language and culture
- Plan, implement, and differentiate lesson plans and assessments to meet diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Cultivate a positive and safe classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic performance
- Adhere to school policies and maintain professional standards in teaching and behaviour management

**Requirements**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese
- Previous teaching experience, particularly in language instruction
- NESA accreditation to teach in NSW
- Full Australian work rights
- Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
