**The Role - Interest Points**:

- **Reports to** the Talent Acquisition Manager who is committed to their team’s development and career progression.
- **Manages** the full recruitment lifecycle of a designated portfolio of high volume, blue-collar operational positions including Service Technicians, Mechanics, Parts Interpreters and Field Sales roles across all Adaptalift Group entities.
- **Leverages** an array for sourcing methodologies and technologies to uncover and attract the market’s best talent.
- **Supports** and guides managers to make the right hiring decisions for their teams and the overall business.
- **Gets involved** with TA project delivery to enable innovation, scalability and adaptation to emerging talent market conditions.
- **Is full-time and permanent** with hybrid working options of 3 days in the Clayton office and 2 days working from home.

**Here’s what we’re looking for**:

- **A solid foundation of end-to-end recruitment experience.** Both agency and internal TA experience will be welcomed.
- **Experience in the high volume recruitment of blue-collar roles**, ideally from the trade or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of and interest in **sourcing channels, methodologies and technologies **that enable creative and innovative recruitment outcomes.
- A **tenacious and service-centric** attitude towards work.
- Clear and concise **written communication** skills.
- **Resilience** coupled with the **willpower** to get the right result.
