**Purpose of the Role...**

The Sales Admin Customer Support representative is a dedicated resource to our sales team and acts as the first point of contact once the sale is closed. You are the primary lead for this team, you process these efficiently and tackle any critical customer concerns with an innovation mindset

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Relentlessly improving current processes to ensure they're aligned and meeting business requirements
- Identifying key operational and financial concerns within the team and take action to resolve it whilst promoting adherence to quality control guidelines
- Actively drive operational standard methodology within environment by training people on the accurate processes and providing on the fly feedback to operations managers on issues seen within sales team including WH&S and compliance.
- Provide reports on KPI of Quality Control & Compliance metrics

**You Will Bring**:

- Sales experience in retail or OBC environment
- Proven use of initiative, planning, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of consultant and specialist roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills cultivating your ability to train, mentor and develop your peers
