We are looking for an experienced barista to take over managing one of our corporate barista bar sites, serving coffee to staff inside our client’s office. Working together with one other expert barista, you will oversee all operational aspects including daily service, ordering and reporting.

This is the ultimate barista job with great conditions and benefits:

- Coffee service only - No food or table service.
- Circular Quay location in Sydney’s newest office tower.
- Mon - Fri only with no public holidays.
- Permanent contract with full time leave benefits.
- Exciting fast paced environment pumping out up to 8kg/day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily Barista Bar operations with service delivery excellence.
- Manage other barista team members, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and exceptional customer service.
- Explore opportunities to innovate and push boundaries in service delivery.
- Recruiting casual staff as required and managing rosters and time sheets.
- Manage POS devices and service equipment, including maintenance, updates, and safe storage practices.
- Liaise with onsite and external maintenance teams as required.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Order, receive and manage storage of all supplies as required to ensure a smooth operation.

Expected experience, skills and qualifications
- 5 years barista experience with flawless extraction, grinder adjustment, milk texturing and latte art skills.
- At least 6 months experience as a manager, team leader or supervisor.
- Proven experience in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional and polished personal presentation.
- Experience in corporate coffee service is preferred but not essential.
- High proficiency in handling coffee equipment, service technology and equipment maintenance.
- NSW Food Handling Certificate

Start date ASAP.Must have full time working rights for this job.No Student, Working Holiday or Sponsorship Visas please.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
