**About the role**:
As Scrum Master you will help to deliver outcomes in a fast, sustainable, and effective manner, by embedding ways of working aligned to Suncorp’s delivery model - ‘Momentum’.

This role supports the Data Insights Platform in the Data and Enterprise Team. To be successful, you must have strong Agile project delivery experience as well as a ‘can-do’ flexible attitude, be able to prioritise, drive to deadlines and respond to change easily.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Delivery team where you will be part of the Centre of Excellence Community to network and share knowledge with other Scrum practitioners and leaders.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work with Scrum Masters / Tribe Delivery Leads to sequence work and manage dependencies across Squads; manage flow, sequencing, slicing and velocity of work within the squads.
- Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritise work through the backlog, driving removal of impediments and ensuring work is tracked and progressing and that there is an appropriate balance across Squad members
- Monitor Squad performance and identifies opportunities for improvement, ensure the squad is compliant with appropriate governance and practices
- Perform Squad level reporting and manage RAID
- Communicate and embody the Momentum mindset

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ Scrum Master experience within enterprise organisation(s) OR Project Manager with Scrum Master Certification
- **Strong Agile project delivery experience essential**; demonstrated experience using scaled Agile in a large complex environment, as well as working with a hybrid model
- Exposure to Data projects would be highly regarded
- Flexible attitude, passionate, deadline focused and able to deal with ambiguity
