**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Process Advisor. Reporting to the Maintenance Processes Lead, you will be a key member of the Maintenance Function team, supporting the development, documentation, implementation, and assurance of maintenance processes across Santos.

Accountabilities are delivered in line with the Santos company values and the Santos Management System.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Developing and documenting Santos maintenance processes. This includes strategies and support for effective implementation and embedment within Operating Divisions and functional areas.
- Providing technical leadership and specialist advice in maintenance processes across all Santos assets and all levels of operational management.
- Supporting (including establishing and chairing as applicable) Communities of Practice (CoP) relevant to maintenance processes.
- Contributing to relevant Santos-wide forums on key maintenance process tools including Process Manager (or equivalent), SAP etc.
- Undertaking continuous improvement activities and leading projects within the Maintenance Functional team.
- Compliance with the Santos Management System (SMS), Santos Delegation of Authority (DOA), Santos Corporate Governance and Safety requirements.

**About you**

The successful applicant will have significant experience in operational or technical roles in the Oil and Gas or similar industries. You will display strong leadership and influencing skills combined with efficient auditing capabilities.

To be successful in this role you will have strong business partnering skills in order to promote high cross-functional involvement with the ability to travel to all Santos field locations as required.

Qualifications:
Essential qualifications required for this position are:

- Relevant Trade and/or Engineering Degree

- Frontline Management
- Auditing qualification
