**Qualifications & experience**
- Accredited BCBA/BCaBA with extensive experience in developing and implementing programs using ABA teaching methodologies and a variety of data collection tools.
- Relevant Bachelor or Master degree in Psychology or Behaviour Management or Early Childhood Intervention
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability, and other complex behaviour.
- Experience delivering Intensive therapy services to children and young people.
- Ability to liaise effectively with other professionals such as preschool/school staff, paediatricians, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists to provide a cohesive program for each child.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including high quality report writing skills and strong rapport building skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in ABA services.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Design and implement skill-acquisition programmes based on ABA principles for kids with autism.
- By meetings, performance coaching, observation, and other means, give behaviour therapists clinical supervision and training.
- Provide consultation, training, modelling, and assistance to team members, as needed, in strategies and methodologies for working with children on the autism spectrum and/or who have behavioural, adaptive, and/or social/communication challenges.
- Train, support, and collaborate with parents, teachers/educators, junior therapist, and other support workers in the implementation of behavioural strategies.
- Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients receiving behavioural interventions.
- Ensure all intervention plans and programs comply with contract requirements, satisfy all relevant insurance certifications and other expectations, and meet or exceed professional standards.
- Keep accurate records, submit assessments and reports on time, and follow extremely systematic, meticulous, systematic, and well-organized recordkeeping procedures.
- Effectively coordinate with administrative personnel and colleagues throughout the organization.
- Exhibit behaviours at work that are consistent with the philosophy and values of the organization. Perform any additional reasonable tasks as instructed.
