Due to continued growth at Seisma’ s Salesforce Practice we are looking for a Salesforce Practice Manager. You will be working closely with our Salesforce specialists and Practice Leads to manage some of our current and highly valued clients identify and secure new customers all the way through to delivery.

**Your role will include**:

- Practice Growth via new clients
- Existing client account management
- Assisting in the development of tender responses.
- Talent vetting and retention

Next to having access to over 100 Salesforce specialists (Managed Services, Support Analysts, Consultants, Developers, Project Managers, Test and Data analysts, CX team) you will have access to all other areas and specialists within the Seisma Group to ensure the quality and on-time delivery our clients expect.

**You will have access to**:

- Support Analysts and Salesforce Consultants
- Salesforce Developers, Full Stack engineers
- Business Analysts, Project Coordinators / Managers
- Test and Data Analysts
- CX specialists
- A specialist recruitment team including 2 of the most experienced and connected Salesforce recruiters.

**Do you have the following proven skills and abilities**:

- At least 5 years' experience in a Business Development / Pre-Sales role within the Salesforce CRM eco system
- Proven track record of managing current and acquiring new business
- Ability to manage 10 to 15 direct reports
- Stakeholder engagement and the capable of acting as an engagement lead on large scale delivery projects
