TLH Recruitment is proudly representing a Digital Consulting Firm based in Broadmeadows who are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Associate to join their team This opportunity is a permanent role working 38 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- General Branding and Marketing including Graphic Design, Content Creation, Brand Development and Marketing collateral
- Social Media Management including Content Creation, Audience Engagement, Strategy and Planning
- Google | Meta Paid Advertising including Paid Campaign Strategy, Ad Creation, Copywriting and Audience Targeting

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience as a Marketing Associate or in a similar role
- Certifications in social media marketing or related areas will be highly regarded
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword search and analytics
- Experienced in using Social Media platforms with a knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- Creative mindset with strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
