**You have** warehouse operations experience including managing client inventory. You hold a forklift licence and have high level computer skills. You are a problem solver and have a can-do attitude. If this sounds like you then we’d love to chat.

**About our client**:
Our client is a well-established logistics company who provides transport and warehouse solutions to their clients across Australia.

**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support the operations team and deliver excellent customer service to clients.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage and deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
- Accurate execution of inbound and outbound cargo
- Monitor and update inventory and shipment status reports
- Respond to queries from overseas offices including colleagues and clients
- Support the operations and management team as required

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous warehouse operations experience
- Experience managing client inventory in a warehouse
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- High level of computer literacy and experience
- Ability to liaise effectively with management, staff, clients and stakeholders at all levels
- An adaptable and flexible "can do" attitude
- Forklift licence essential
- DG Certified not essential
