**The Service**

KU Milperra offers a caring, secure and nurturing educational program for children aged 3 to 5 years. The service is open from 8:15am-4:15pm, Monday to Friday, 50 weeks of the year.

Offering 20 places to the community, they have a special interest in building healthy minds and a play-based program with a wide range of intentional learning experiences which are drawn from knowledge of early childhood educational philosophies including Montesorri, Reggio Emilia, Circle of Security and Marte Meo.

There is amble free street parking close by to the service.

**The Role**

We have a 12-month contract available until August 2025 working, 11:30am-2:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and 8:15am-4:14pm on Fridays. You can also pick up additional casual shifts at other services close by if you are interested.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate educator with a **completed certificate III qualification.**

**Of course, you will need**:

- Australian working rights
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- An ACECQA recognised Certificate III
- Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
