**The client**
Our client is a reputable construction company that has safely delivered multiple projects, from complex commercial structures to one-off building projects, for clients in the Pilbara and WA regions. They offer quality standards with competitive solutions, professionally supervised and managed, with their leadership overseeing a wide range of trades and service providers throughout the Pilbara and WA.

Due to company growth and expansion, our client is seeking two **Site Supervisors** with concrete construction and earth-moving experience to manage construction projects in the mining sector across the Pilbara. The positions are predominantly concrete construction with some minor earthworks attached, working on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

**The Role**
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- All site leadership supervising site works and site personnel
- Interpreting plans and quantities
- Determining manning-level requirements
- Driving safety inspections
- Implementing quality control procedures
- Performing all works per company safety policies, practices, and procedures

Being able to follow set processes with mínimal supervision, and looking for ways to make the processes more efficient is a key element of this role.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- At least 3 years of experience in the supervision of civil projects in the construction sector
- The ability to read and interpret plans/drawings without assistance
- A strong concrete and earthworks background
- Experience in operating various pieces of earth-moving plant and machinery
- The ability to supervise and mentor those operating plant and equipment on site
- Strong final trim knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in working to RL levels and design

An HR Class driver’s license is essential, as are full working rights within Australia. You be required to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.

In addition, you should also have:

- A good understanding and experience with GPS, laser and civil earthworks technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills

Being someone who has worked their way up through the tools will be an advantage.
