Display new merchandising material as appropriate and remove any old materials immediately as promotions finish - Rotate stock (moving oldest to the front, new stock to the back) - Date all products according to TCS standards - Check all stock is dated in all units - Stock up the Coolroom, as levels become low throughout the day - Make Pavlova cream - Decorate Pavlovas - Make boxes (small and large or other sizes as required) - Cut products - Garnish products - Introduce Today’s Treat”, place “Today’s Treat” labels with products in units and write them on the specials board.
