**Responsibilities**:

- Stock handling: stock ordering, recording, sending and do weekly-end report
- Compliant tasks: Checking each installed job to make sure it is compliant by following the compliance requirements, and keep the internal compliant requirements updated for sales and installers as the regulation varies, fix RFIs
- Training and Coaching tasks: develop the training material for sales and installers based on the compliance requirements, and conduct the training for the fieldworkers
- Booking: book and allocate jobs to different installers based on the location, install time, and minutes needed for different products, reschedule unattended appointments, and make sure sales reps allocate jobs to each installer correctly
- Overseeing fieldworker’s performance: check the installer’s work regularly to make sure they are doing work compliantly and efficiently, check the sales reps’ conversion rate
- Weekly Reporting: the total amount of appointments each sales rep booked, the breakdown for these appointments that are attended and installed successfully, the install rate for attended jobs, the reasons for rejected appointments and the P/L statement
- Admin: Create runabout accounts for new starters, send the weekly lead generation report to the AP, answer inbound calls from the customers, etc
- KPI setting: set the achievable KPIs for fieldworkers
- Exceptional phone handling and customer service

**About you**
- 3 years experience minimum
- Experience in using Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organsation skills
- Ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- FITZROY, VIC 3065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
