**About the role**
This role sits at a pivotal cross roads of client and product solutions. As an Advanced Analytics Manager you will be part of a team of experts in developing award-winning business and marketing data solutions across the client portfolio. This will involve the management of your tasks, team and client relationships to drive maximum value of your client’s media mix and new insights developed for smarter planning and business management.

This role will be both a client and product leadership role focused on efficiency and growth opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work across a truly supportive culture with a people focused culture. In collaboration with the Analytics Director you will develop a vision, roadmap and deliver effective advanced analytics solutions for our clients.

- Clearly articulate and understand the client’s business and their needs in relation to advanced analytics
- Identify areas of product development to continue the success of our advanced analytics team.
- Develop strong relationships with all team members and outlined a future development plan for individuals.
- Able to develop senior relationships with the client and be seen as the ‘go to’ person for advice
- Be able to work independently and in collaboration with your team on new business pitches, developing key learnings and insights for future clients.
- Take the lead on providing structured data and analysis to your line manager, and confident in using a range of tools/software to organise data
- Deliver efficiencies and growth opportunities for clients using advanced analytics/data science techniques
- Act as thought leader in the analytics space to sense check viability of ideas/innovations and identify opportunities with our existing clients for greater data and analytical innovation
- Own your teams work and develop action plans across your clients’ projects that work to continuously improve performance.

**More about you**
- 2+ years’ experience in data modelling/Visualisation across a range of industries
- Knowledge of 1 or more of: Python, R, SQL
- Be an effective presenter. Have well-developed written and verbal skills
- Experience working across either Media, Marketing, Consultancy, Business Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, data science segmentation/prediction algorithms
- Exceptional verbal, written, communication skills with an analytical mind set
- An excellent work ethic, problem solving and proficient time management skills
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Have a passion for learning and work effectively in a team environment
- MS Office skills with advance knowledge in Excel.
- Understanding R packages is an advantage but not required
