**The Role**

You will be responsible for:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide support with mobility and transferring from one place to another.
- Administer medications and follow prescribed healthcare plans.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist clients in managing stress, anxiety, or other emotional challenges.
- Facilitate community participation and engagement for clients.
- Accompany clients to social activities, appointments, and community events.
- Work with clients to develop and enhance daily living skills.
- Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
- Act as an advocate for clients in various settings.
- Stay informed about new technologies that may benefit clients.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and healthcare professionals.
- Provide emergency assistance and first aid when necessary.
- Adapt to changing needs and circumstances of clients.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate clients' schedules and preferences.

- Similar work Experience
- Adapt to work conditions and perform.
- Able to complete tasks to high quality while working to a strict deadline.
- Be reliable and have sound work ethic.
