This Family orientated business is looking for PA to support a busy regional Director. A 1:1 support role is hard to find, and this role promises the opportunity to truly partner with a busy Executive needing support with extensive diary and travel arrangements. This engaging, easy-going, but busy Executive really values that support you can provide while building relationships and rapport with a variety of key stakeholders across their national partners. With great longevity of employees across the business, it's an opportunity that doesn't come up often and could lead into a role longer than the initial 12 months.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Ownership of support to the senior Regional Director
- Strategic and effective calendar management in relation to forward planning of meetings, events, functions, and other various critical requirements
- Extensive coordinating of travel, accommodation, and function attendance requirements
- Accurately formulating and processing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other communications
- Preparation of agendas and taking minutes at meetings followed by timely distribution and follow up
- Working closely with the PA to the National Director and other PA’s across the business
- Processing of monthly credit card statements
- Be the point of contact and conduit for the Regional Director

To Be Successful:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior PA or EA role supporting busy, high-level executives
- Articulate, personable and people-centred communications skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Obtain a high level of confidentiality, ability to be self managed and work autonomously
- Ability to manage competing work task and deadlines with calmness and ease
- The ability to protect the Regional Directors time and confidently make decisions in his absence
