**About the role**:
Based at Kwinana rail yard, you will be responsible for coordinating freight movements in and out of the yard including the movements of Trucks, Forklifts & Reach Stackers. You will also plan the loading & unloading of trains and developing load plans that meet safe operating requirements.

Direct and coordinate the allocation and loading of containers onto trains and trucks

Establish and maintain effective and timely working relationship with internal stakeholders

Coordinate all staff and subcontractor activities as required

Ensure Dangerous Good Management in accordance with regulations, including documentation and handling requirements

Liaise with assets team regarding scheduled servicing of Reach Stackers and other equipment as required

**About you**:
CN Qualified (preferred)

Shunt Qualified (preferred)

Previous frontline experience in rail yard operations or heavy industry

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The ability to work in a demanding and dynamic work environment, dealing with conflicting priorities to achieve results

A positive attitude towards safety

Demonstrate skills within short term scheduling or similar positions
