**Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for two Graduate Management Consultants to join our growing team.

Working closely with our experienced consulting team, your input will help develop workable, pragmatic solutions which provide a lasting impact. The fresh perspectives you create will help challenge the status quo and introduce new ways of thinking.

Bring your ambition and expertise to work with iconic organisations in the resources, transport and logistics, health and aged care, tourism, financial services, government, utilities and not-for-profit sectors.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in the role you will have:

- Applicants must be in their final year of study or a recent graduate from an Australian university.
- To be eligible for consideration you must be an Australian citizen or have current unrestricted working rights within Australia.
- Some prior work experience in the Australian labour market is essential.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, judgement and numerical skills.
- A positive attitude, creativity, drive and the ability to think resourcefully.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced skills with the MS Office suite
