**About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor / Despatch Coordinator to join our Bendigo team. Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for an exceptional service in the daily operations of the distribution centre, along with transport management, scheduling, stock allocation and customer engagement.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Have a “hands-on” attitude which involves Physically preparing the loads for distribution.
- Maintaining the daily truck schedule and developing efficient route plans
- Complete the SAP goods receipt process and delivery dockets as required
- Process accurate despatch paperwork for stock transfers, deliveries, and customer pickups
- Ensure cost effective warehouse practices are in order to meet customer’s service demands, and to continually improve warehouse operations
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment that complies with company and statutory requirements
- Liaise with all CSR departments to ensure smooth day to day operations, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- High level of problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience leading & developing teams & building a productive team environment
- Track record of success managing and implementing agreed change processes
- Demonstrated success in managing resources, including to workload within agreed cost targets
- Demonstrated ability to reduce costs by reengineering work processes whilst maintaining quality outcomes
- Demonstrated success in managing teams for compliance to procedures
- Demonstrated ability to understand Supply Chain as a service provider to internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability of working with planning systems including MRP and warehouse management systems
