Redpath Partners are working closely with one of the most forward thinking construction contractors in the Sydney market.

The business work across new build, fit out and refurbishment and are currently in the market for a foreman with new build experience to deliver multiple luxury townhouse builds in Sydney's Inner-West.

**Role**
- Lead and manage all aspects of the construction process, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project milestones.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
- Resolve any on-site challenges and conflicts effectively to maintain project progress.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager and senior management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, ideally with a focus on high-end residential projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OHS guidelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications in construction or a related field will be advantageous.
