**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Catering** **Assistant **to join our vibrant team on a casual basis. In this role you will be involved in food production and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and catering areas. Your main tasks will be to help set up morning and afternoon tea, plate and serve lunch and help with the dishes. Shift times will vary but will mainly be during business hours and may include some weekends and evenings.

**About You**

In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Awareness of and interest in current food trends and innovations
- Attention to detail and organisation within your workspace
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Calmness under pressure
- Vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of any medical exemption

This is a casual role and hours are based on a roster. Flexible availability is key as coverage for evening and occasional weekend shifts may also be required.
