**About the role**

The Strategy & Engagement Team at IPART are looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join their team. This role will have a key focus on providing a range stakeholder and community engagement advice and support, including developing inclusive engagement approaches.

This role will develop key relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, contributing to enhanced engagement processes across a diverse audience to inform the development of policy and regulation for the people of NSW.

The role works closely with the Manager, Aboriginal Strategy & Engagement and will collaborate with different teams across IPART.

**About you**

You thrive in a collaborative environment to deliver outcomes with a level of autonomy. You will be passionate about making a difference through enabling stakeholders and community members to have their voices heard. You will be able to work with diverse range of internal teams and be highly efficient at time management.

Previous similar experience in stakeholder and/or community engagement is highly valued. A genuine interest in keeping up to date with NSW government policies, processes and legislation will assist you in this role.

The salary range for the position is $90,113 to $98,717 per annum + superannuation and annual leave loading.
