Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across four main sites in the North East of Melbourne.
**About the department**:
Austin Health is the Lead agency for the North East Metro Health Service Partnership (NEMHSP), which is one of three metropolitan clusters that were initially formed during the COVID-19 response but whose remit has expanded to deliver system improvement and redesign activities across a range of services including home base and surgical care.

The North East Metro Health Services Partnership includes the following health services: Austin Health, Eastern Health, Forensicare, Mercy Hospital for Women (Heidelberg), Northern Health, Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, in addtion to the Eastern Melbourne and North Western Melbourne Primary Health Networks.
**About the role**:
The Administration and Communications Lead will be an organised self-starter able to meet the demands of a partnership role by leading all things communications and administrative support. No one day will look the same, you will support the HSP Program Director manage a range of projects and stakeholders, in addition to supporting the broader partnership achieve its objectives and create lasting change in the health system.

**To be successful in this role you must**:

- Demonstrate advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and present a positive image of the NEMHSP.
- Have highly developed organisation skills with the capacity to prioritise demands with high attention to detail.
- Work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills across different communication platforms
