Are you a seasoned bartender with a passion for crafting cocktails, spirits with an edge, pour beer like a magician, and providing top-notch customer service? We're searching for talented bartenders to join our dynamic team to fill roles in our bars including Birdcage, Green Room, and Casino Bar.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a high-volume bar or upscale establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Strong work ethic.
- Available nights and weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure guest safety at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
