**As a Graduate Therapist**
- You will deliver goal directed therapy to children, young people and adults who are experiencing learning, language, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties.
- Undertake functional skill assessments and home assessments.
- Provide services that build on client’s strengths and develop sustainable long-term solutions.
- Provide evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapists and Psychologist to provide holistic customer care.

**About you**
- Recently completed or will be completing your university studies in **Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy in 2023**.
- You are committed to family and person-centred approaches, supporting inclusion and participation.
- Have a passion to enable people to live as equal and empowered citizens
