A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic **Development &** **Facilities Administrator **to join our talented Design & Development team at our Support Office in Clayton
The Development and Facilities Administrator provides ongoing maintenance and administrative support to the National Facilities Manager and Design & Development Department, servicing the upcoming and existing store network across all Brands.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Being the first point of contact for Warranty & Maintenance Department,
- Logging, and tracking main store warranty items, general repairs and maintenance requests,
- Coordinating a preventative maintenance program and calendar administration,
- General administration and assistance to our Design and Development team, as required
- Invoice processing and capex budget tracking
- Maintaining and updating asset management data base with new equipment details
- Managing the contractor database
- Organise handover package for each store practical completion
- Strong experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong relationship focus and a team player
- High attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products such as Excel, Powerpoint & Word
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and manage others through tight deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Capable of creating required reports from large data
- Understanding of franchise networks
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A sense of creative adventure and humour
