**The Role**
They are seeking to employ an HSE Officer with the the following skills and experience.
- Tertiary Qualifications (safety)
- Proven experience in safety in building construction
- Stable work history
- 2 plus years in pure safety roles
- Facilitate pre starts and toolbox meetings
- Ran inductions
- Strong ability to manage systems and processes
- Accident investigations
- Maintain site documentation
- Site observations and safety meetings
- Strong ability to foresee risk
- Hands on approach with a can do attitude
- Above average communications skills both verbal and written
- Motivated and driven
