**The opportunity**

We have developed a comprehensive 3-year strategy and transformation program here at Unisuper. Our goal is to propel our organization into new heights of success, innovation, and market leadership.

Our new **Business Sponsor - Transformation M&A **will work as a member of the Member & Advice (M&A) Leadership reporting to the Chief Member & Advice Officer to execute the M&A 3-year business strategy _. _This is a transformational strategy with success dependent on prioritisation, alignment, and sequencing with other organisational change. This role will be responsible for building the execution plan to deliver, one with a strong focus on change management and communication.

Besides, this role is accountable for leading the transformation of the Customer Management Strategy for Member & Advice (M&A) which will look like:

- Increased capability in M&A delivery and integration with other strategies and initiatives across the enterprise
- Ensuring that the strategy is communicated clearly to all stakeholders, and that everyone understands what is expected of them in terms of their role in implementing the strategy
- Providing a consistent, commercial & transparent linkage to business outcomes & benefits, as well as end-to-end program view for all portfolio initiatives
- Supporting and improve the timing, sequencing, dependencies, and resource management for in-scope strategies / initiatives
- Providing capacity and expertise to the leadership team as well as simplifying project governance and supporting the Executives / Heads of Department / Project Sponsors to execute successfully

In addition to this you will be responsible for:

- Program management & project delivery over a portfolio of strategic initiatives from inception to completion, as well as managing all program documentation and preparing reporting to track delivery of outcomes
- Developing a comprehensive implementation plan that outlines the key activities, timelines, and resources required, continuous reviewing and refining the implementation plan to ensure that it remains relevant and effective
- Building and executing a leader led change management and communication strategy and plan that is transparent and engaging
- Bringing to life and aligning recommendations from our recent business reviews, including operating model, workforce planning and Advice technology and processes
- Overseeing the financial management and resourcing of Programs / Projects within agreed budgets and constraints and meet evolving needs, including economic models of benefits cases, adequate workforce planning and forecasting

**About you
**- All round commercial acumen garnered in a large corporate environment preferably within financial services
- Experience in large scale program management, responsible for business transformation
- Strategic thinking and questioning
- Experience in strategy execution (customer management highly desirable), large transformation projects and program execution
- Experience in program governance
- Storyteller & motivator to share the articulated vision to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to convert ambiguous situations into easily understood and practical scenarios.
- Strong influencing, leadership and relationships building skills
- Stakeholder management across various levels in the organisation including ELT and Board where required
- Experience in CX and agile ways of working highly desirable
- An eye to detail and ability to see a big picture and facilitate others to work for change
