**Experience Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics role
- Experience with eCommerce order fulfillment
- Knowledge of shipping and delivery processes
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Experience with customer service

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (ideal but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the timely dispatch of orders
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including packing and labeling
- Ensure orders are dispatched by customer requirements
- Liaise with customers to resolve any delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries
- Monitor customer satisfaction
