**Position Overview**:
Our client seeking an analytical and proactive IT Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our ERP system and ensuring seamless integration across various departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization, where you will have the chance to develop your skills, take ownership of projects, and contribute to our ongoing success. In addition to being a SME on the Dynamics integration you will also provide general IT system and infrastructure support for the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide infrastructure and general IT support to the office.
- Identify ERP needs through consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
- Evaluate the existing ERP setup and recommend system improvements.
- Develop and configure customized ERP solutions.
- Deploy ERP solutions and ensure smooth system integration.
- Provide ERP end-user training and technical support.
- Document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates.
- Manage external vendors and developers enhancing the ERP platform and integrated apps.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of changes and updates to the platform.
- Stay informed about the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.

**Education and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is essential.
- Experience with native reporting and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Supply, Finance, and CSR functions.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and project management toolsets.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Eagerness to learn best practices in Business Applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capable of troubleshooting end-users' general IT issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree minimum.

Familiarity with web design and development principles is advantageous, along with strong analytical skills and business acumen. Given the global nature of this role and the need to collaborate with colleagues across different continents and time zones, flexibility is crucial. English will be the primary language used in your daily work. You excel at problem-solving and embrace innovative thinking. Your approach is analytical, structured, and logical. Effective communication is a priority for you, understanding the significance of delivering information in an educational manner. While you are self-reliant and take ownership of your responsibilities, you are also a motivated team player who likes to help your colleagues through constructive feedback and collective problem-solving, using your unique analytical skills and point-of-view.
