**About the role**
Reporting to the STP PMO Manager, this role will be responsible for providing schedule management guidance and support to Project and Program Managers for STP.

Schedule Management
- Manage integrated schedules across the assigned programs/portfolios
- Provide schedule management guidance and support to the PMO and Program Managers
- Evaluate the progress of projects and programs effectively and prepare regular reports with timelines and slippage analysis and milestones
- Create and maintain up-to-date project and program schedules
- Document the process of updating the project schedule in a schedule management plan or validate/update the schedule management process in the project management plan
- Coordinate effectively with management, delivery teams and vendors to ensure the completion of proper planning before a project is started, discuss progress and find solutions to scheduling issues
- Maintain KPIs to monitor and control schedule management performance

Dependency Management
- Hold workshop to populate inter-program and external schedule dependencies
- Inter-program dependencies and captured and monitored in the schedule.

Deliverables Management
- Document and manage the process of tracking project deliverables

**About your experience**
- Proven accountability for program schedules to avoid loss of integrity due to multiple people making updates
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical PM skills
- Comfortable and experienced at working in a complex program of work
- Minimum 10 years’ in Project Management
- Advanced Power BI and Jira experience is essential
