Skills and Qualifications:

- **Financial Knowledge**: Understanding of the mortgage lending process, loan products, and financial documentation.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate favorable terms with lenders on behalf of clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Assisting clients with finding solutions if they face challenges in the loan approval process.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Attracting and maintaining clients through effective sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services as a Mortgage Broker or a Parabroker.
- Strong understanding of mortgage market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

Pay: From $73,150.00 per year
