**About the Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values its team members, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to support its people.

Your key responsibilities revolve around supporting the Lifestyle Team in implementing group or individual lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.

**Your primary functions will be**:

- Engage in friendly conversations and active listening with residents
- Participate in lifestyle activities such as games, arts and crafts, or music sessions
- Accompany residents on short walks or outings
- Assist with reading, writing, or other lifestyle activities based on residents' interests
- Provide emotional support and a compassionate presence

**Skills & Experience**
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and understanding when interacting with older adults
- Respect for cultural diversity and a willingness to learn about residents' backgrounds
- Reliable and punctual
