**What you'll do**:
As the Insights & Analytics Manager at Greener, your primary role is to lead the development and operationalisation of insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

You'll be responsible for uncovering actionable insights from various data sources, including product, marketing, and partner analytics, to guide and accelerate the company towards product market fit, then being the dominant player in market.

Your role involves developing dynamic dashboards, conducting in-depth analysis, and implementing predictive models to anticipate customer trends, partner needs and optimise business strategies. Additionally, you'll play a key role in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

**Your day to day might look like this**:

- Spearhead the delivery and operationalisation of the vision for insights at Greener laying the foundation for a robust and impactful insights function.
- Accelerate our journey to product market fit (and then market dominance), by delivering data driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and analytics systems, ensuring they accurately reflect real-time product and marketing updates to drive informed decision-making.
- Fuel business growth by unearthing actionable insights across sales, marketing, partner and product analytics
- Design automated partner reporting mechanisms, extracting invaluable insights for key commercial clients.
- Provide strategic, data-driven decision support to steer business strategy, optimise resource allocation, and drive impactful outcomes at reduced costs.
- Conduct meticulous analysis of customer behaviour, employing segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis techniques to unearth untapped opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and retention.
- Pioneer the development and implementation of predictive models and advanced forecasting techniques, enabling Greener to anticipate customer trends and proactively shape future business strategies.
- Lead experiments and A/B testing initiatives across marketing campaigns, user experiences, and product features, to (in)validate hypotheses and optimise touchpoints for maximum impact and reinforce Greener's competitive edge.
- Drive the establishment of robust data governance policies and procedures, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across all organizational functions and processes.

**You could be the one if you have...**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving business impact through insights and analytics in startup environments.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with database querying languages such as SQL.
- Experience with Python is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and insights.
