**About the role**:
In this busy, fast paced reception role, you'll be the face of the organisation and welcome clients and customers into the building. You'll be reporting to the Office Manager and covering while the permanent Receptionists is on leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure kitchen is fully stocked
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars efficiently.
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional manner and well presented
- Professionalism, reliability, and a customer-centric approach.
