Bar Manager

The Home Hotel has returned with a brand-new look

This historical, family-oriented pub is located next to the Warburton Trail in Launching Place within the beautiful Yarra Valley.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager to join us and help build the reputation and atmosphere of the hotel.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining clean and functional bar areas
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the bars
- End of night closing
- Keg Tapping
- Rostering staff
- Maintaining inventory and ordering
- Developing, training and leading a positive, engaged team
- Maintaining OH&S standards
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager
- Proven bartending skills with a strong knowledge of beverages
- Ability to provide excellent guest experiences in a friendly, professional manner
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ordering and stock takes
- Experience rostering staff
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive during high-pressured service periods
- Good presentation standards and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- RSA certificate

A competitive salary will be offered to the right applicant.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Launching Place, VIC 3139: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
