**Our Client**

Our Client is a worldwide Manufacturer of highly engineered products such as compressors, pumps and fluid transfer products for a multitude of industrial users. They have developed a strong reputation as an employer of choice and the success continues.

**The Role**

This role is a vital cog in the Aftermarket team ensuring exceptional supply and service of spare parts for their products. It will include meeting with distributors and end users on a regular basis and leading a team of 3 in the warehouse.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: _
- Prepare and deliver the strategy to build and maintain the aftermarket and spare parts business
- Guide and direct spares team to grow spares sales
- Actively manage quotation creation and follow up in pipeline systems
- Manage key spare parts accounts
- Liaise with Aftermarket/Procurement Management to monitor/modify pricing
- Reconcile and manage spares order backlog
- Proactively follow up customer satisfaction surveys
- Ensure market leading response times to spare parts requests.
- Ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained
- Maintain and develop close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met
- Develop the technical knowledge to improve the capability of the team
- Maintain and develop a team of dedicated professionals
- Manage and coach the performance of individual team members and monitor their overall performance

**To be considered for this role you will need to display**:

- A mechanical background (for diagnosis of problems)
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated PC Skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases).
- Ability to meet deadlines and organise work priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Prior experience in spare parts is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Focused on achieving agreed targets.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake research and source appropriate parts information.
- Advanced organisational skills.
- Self-starter, able to work under time constraints, detail oriented.
