The role

As part of our Deployable Health & Infrastructure group, the Production and Maintenance Planner will be reporting to the JP2060 Maintenance Manager, the Planner is responsible for planning and monitoring the execution of rolling 12-month maintenance and production plans to meet demand and drive productivity improvements, while balancing capacity and resource restrictions.
- Work with the project team and customer to development rolling maintenance plans, variations, work order management and resource levelling.
- Coordinate, plan and schedule the maintenance of equipment to ensure efficient utilisation of labour, parts, and equipment resources to ensure the achievement of planned equipment availability.
- Contribute to development and implementation of business processes and frameworks
- Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation to effectively plan the execution of work in alignment with the Production Plan
- Communicate work in progress
- Ensure accuracy of material kits, work orders, & stocktakes
- Attend Weekly Production Meetings.
- Cataloguing new materials and maintaining material master data

Flexible _work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office, 9 day fortnight and part time (0.8 FTE minimum) will be considered for this role._

About you
- Your skills and experience will include:_
- Trade qualification or tertiary training in a relevant field like Project Management is highly desirable
- Proven experience in maintenance, engineering or production-based roles
- Experience or exposure to MRP/ERP/CMMS maintenance planning systems such as SAP, Epicor, Maximo, IFS etc
- Experience in medical and infrastructure industries highly desirable but proven experience in industry is essential
- Experience in use of Microsoft Excel is essential
- Exposure to QA/QC and Engineering systems and procedures is desirable

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a baseline clearance.
