Dispatch Supervisor

We are a fast moving and family owned manufacturing company located in Brisbane and have been involved in the manufacturing of high-quality commercial and domestic letterboxes since 1985.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead the day-to-day activities of the Dispatch team focusing on safety, accuracy of packaging, productivity of loading, QC and general efficiency whilst avoiding damage to stock
- Overseeing the quality of products and dispatch in a timely manner, to achieve 100% DIFOT (_delivery in full, on time_) whilst minimising unnecessary reworks
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimise stock shortages and overages
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, quality and availability
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide strong leadership and management to all Dispatch employees including on the job coaching as required
- Training of all team members on standard operating procedures to seek continuous improvement in productivity and processes

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
