We are recruiting for a customer focused and enthusiastic professional to join the Shared Services Centre as a **Payroll Analyst** located in **Parramatta, NSW**. **What You’ll Do**:

- End to end processing of company payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis related to super, tax and payments.
- Updating and maintaining employee’s payroll records
- Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc
- Calculation and processing of termination payments
- Processing increases and calculation of back pays
- Maintain employees electronic file with appropriate records to meet legal obligations
- Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations

**This role is a great fit for you, if you have**:

- Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience
- A degree / diploma in HR or Accounting (highly desirable)
- Intermediate experience using a large Payroll system as well as MS Excel skills
- A good understanding of the Australian Legislation for PAYG Tax, Superannuation and Payroll Tax and related compliance obligations
- A team player who has a proven record of team collaboration
- A passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
- A high attention to detail and are able to prioritise and organise your approach to your work and meet timelines.
