**YOUR ROLE**

As a Site Administrator for our 3PL warehouse facility at Truganina VIC, you'll provide essential and broad administrative support to the Operations Supervisor/s and colleagues in the wider warehouse operations, to help ensure that we run smoothly day-to-day.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:

- Receive employees, customers, contractors and other visitors to the site, including support for site inductions
- Coordinate, collate and process various information for contractors and employees into our systems (e.g. weekly timesheets, licences, training records, safety data, etc.)
- Complete regular and ad-hoc general administrative and office support tasks
- Help develop, maintain, update and share relevant site processes, procedures, and other information.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Good written and verbal communication, time management and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, know when to seek advice, suggest solutions or escalate as required
- Bonus: experience working in a warehousing / distribution environment in any capacity.
