**What you'll do**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining forecasting models, incorporating business and market intelligence gathered from internal and external sources
- Reviewing historical trends and market/customer demand drivers to increase forecast accuracy and evaluate results
- Working closely with the Product Managers to ensure demand & inventory plans are aligned to business plans
- Optimising inventory KPIs with focus on aged stock reduction by translating demand forecast into accurate purchasing plans
- Analyse metrics to identify supply risks and constraints and develop action plans
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the demand & inventory planning process
**What you'll bring**
- Previous Inventory planning and forecasting experience (min 3 years), ideally within consumer goods industry
- Experience working in a high SKU environment supplying to major retailers
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build collaborative working relationships
- Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
- Advanced level of Excel and experience with planning tools such as JDA or similar
