**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Qualified Roofer** to join the team. The role focuses on commercial and industrial work, covering all aspects of metal roofing. This is an opportunity to work with a reputable company that offers above-market salary and values its team with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for upskilling.

**Duties**:

- Installing, repairing, and replacing metal roofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Problem-solving on-site challenges and providing solutions.
- Ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Supervising and mentoring labourers and other tradesmen as needed.
- Leading by example and maintaining a high level of workmanship.

**Work Locations**:
Most of the work is local (90% between Gold Coast and Brisbane). The company has ongoing relationships with reputable builders, ensuring a secure job and pipeline of work.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience as a metal roofer essential
- Proficient in all aspects of metal roofing installation, problem-solving, and ability to think ahead on the job.
- Current driver's licence.
- White Card.
- Working at heights licence.
- Must have own tools
