We are looking for a **motivated **and **exceptional leader **to join our team at our Moorebank location as Store Manager, working **35-40 hours** per week.

Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Supervise, manage and work alongside a team of baristas, front of house and kitchen staff in a busy environment
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness, with a constant focus on profitability
- Cultivate a cooperative and positive working relationship within the team
- Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers
- Regular communication / updates with Support Office in Sydney
- Implementing promotions in store
- Managing catering enquiries and orders
- Follow health and safety guidelines, reporting WHS issues when they arise
- Adhering to policies and procedures, rules and regulations
- Manage complaints as they arise
- POS and cash handling, financial management/reporting
- Rostering, managing payroll, paperwork and other administrative duties
- Energetic, confident and driven with a positive attitude
- Sense of responsibility, customer-oriented, reliable
- Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
- Ability to create a confident team culture that will result in delivering exceptional customer experience
- Great at team building and employee development
- Barista experience is desirable

**Salary**: $29.00 - $46.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Rocks, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 3 years (required)
