About the opportunity
Reporting to the Employee Experience Manager, your key accountabilities will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the People team by developing and implementing effective administrative systems, maintaining electronic and hard copy files, processing invoices and tracking budgets, and updating content on the intranet
- Efficiently and accurately carrying out human resources procedures, including posting job advertisements, updating data in the human resources information system, generating reports, onboarding new staff and creating organisation charts
- Preparing timely and accurate correspondence, contracts and other documentation relating to recruitment, contract variations, higher duties assignments, probation and cessation of employment
- Ensuring information related to the production of payroll is communicated promptly for timely action
- Assisting with preparation of meetings and training by arranging room bookings, equipment, catering and room set-up
- Contribute to People team projects and the continuous improvement of human resources processes and systems

About you
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with good cultural awareness
- Ability to adapt to competing and changing priorities
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and consistently deliver quality work in the face of challenging situations
- A valid Working with Children Check card or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
- Experience using Visio, Power BI and Power Apps (desirable)
- Experience using Aurion or another HRIS (desirable)
- Experience using Springboard or another applicant tracking system (desirable)
