Manager - Path to Treaty

**About the Role**:
As the manager, you will provide strategic direction and advice, and develop and coordinate DoE's initiatives to support the State Government's Path to Treaty, the DoE's Reframing the Relationship plan and the DoE's responses to the Truth-telling and healing Inquiry. You will lead and manage a small team and collaborate across the DoE and with external partners to deliver high quality advice and support to senior executives. You will have responsibility for, but not be limited to:
- Identify, analyse, develop and provide high level strategic advice to the Minister, the Director-General and the Senior Executive of the department in relation to the department's initiatives to support the Path to Treaty and the Truth-telling and healing inquiry.
- Develop and implement systems to respond to requests to support the Truth-telling and healing inquiry.
- Lead and prepare written advice and submissions including briefing notes, Cabinet submissions and other executive briefs.
- Develop, coordinate and report on the whole-of-agency response to Path to Treaty, the Truth-telling and healing inquiry and the department's Reframing the Relationship plan.
When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
