This company is a well established organisation with a reputation as a market leader locally & globally in the development & manufacture of gaming | entertainment machines & technology.

**You will be part of a friendly team, providing broad customer service support in order to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external customers.**

**Some of your responsibilities will include:

- **
- Liaising with sales administrators & customers regarding installation schedules
- Processing of spare parts orders | requirements for domestic & international customers
- Ensuring that parts are ordered and distributed accordingly to meet service technicians schedules
- Assigning, authorising, processing, and tracking the return of all domestic products under warranty
- Controlling & updating warranty periods to ensure claims are invoiced correctly
- Liaising with dispatch team for the timely delivery of orders
- Maintaining the customer database & all spare parts documentation
- Preparing quotes for customers

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Experience processing product-based customer orders
- Exposure to processing warranty claims an advantage
- Experience using PRONTO or a similar ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.)
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Experience liaising with service technicians & ordering of spare parts an advantage
- Ideally you will be available to commence on a temporary basis with a view to permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
