**Days**: 5am or 6am start (38hrs/wk)

**Pay range**: $27-38/hr

Are you a morning person who thrives in a fast-paced coffee environment? Jack & Co is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at the Pymble store. As a Barista, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our consistent, fresh hot barista coffee.

**Responsibilities**:

- Makes quality coffee within 4 minutes following the Jack & Co coffee procedure
- Dials up the machine each morning to Jack & Co recipe
- Provides excellent customer service
- Follows OHS guidelines including keeping cloths separate, putting milk away, keeping a clean and organised workspace
- Can work in other roles within the business including Console operator, kitchen hand and stocker as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior barista experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive atmosphere
